using remote for Insignia NS-RC01A-12

I lost the manual and/or it is no longer available online.  I will have to rescan for channels as one channel says it will be changing its broadcast frequency or something like that.  How do I scan for channels?  I must have done it in the past, but I can't recall how to do it and don't want to screw things up.  Thanks for any help.

The model number for the Insignia remote is NS-RC01A-12.  Do you have the model number for the television?

mizliz1516,

Welcome to our community. You ask a terrific question.

You should be able to find the Automatic Channel Scan option under the Channels section in your TV's settings.

Should you not be able to locate it or need additional assistance, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 directly.

I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.
