I have an Insigna 24" Firetv edition. Model number is NS-24DF310NA19. TV works great when on Netflix or Amazon. When I go onto regular TV (DishTV) the picture is much small than the screen. I have tried the Menu button but the only options that come up are CCTV and Audio. How do I get regular TV to go full screen?

Hello salmonman,
Welcome to our community.
Since your TV displays the signal it receives, I would recommend adjusting the video output settings on your DISH Network box.
I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.

There is no box on this TV. The box is in the living room on TV1. The TV in question is TV2 off that box. Thanks for help. The remote does have a button for the screen but that just changes shape of the picture not the size

Hello salmonman,
As John noted, most times the aspect will be determined by the output settings on your cable box. I took a quick peek into the owner’s manual of your TV and found the following recommendation.
Press and hold Home until the Quick Settings menu opens. Select Display - Picture Size, then change the setting. If Picture Size is grayed out (not available to select), change the setting for Auto Aspect to Off.
We hope those settings can help you with your issue!
Respectfully,
