I like the site and have posted questions too for my Insignia TV and Home theater. Both are busted. No hard feelings, but after spending my hard earned money on Insignia, I think it is a misepresentation when you use the word "quality". First time in my life two electronic items have malfunctioned in my house  and unfortunately, both are Insignia.

I'm sorry to hear that you've run into problems with your Insignia™ TV and home theater system.  I note from your prior posting that the Home Theater is model NS-H2002B.  If you'd reply with any additional details about the problems and your TV model number, we'll happily look into the issue and hopefully provide some options or solutions!
