What’s the model number of your TV? It may be possible to hardline an ethernet connection. We’d be happy to double check. Also, have you stopped using the internet on other devices when streaming? It’s possible that your router isn’t prioritizing the connection to the TV, but to other devices. We look forward to your reply!
