NS-L19Q-10A - Missing a Crucial Channel (6-ABC)

I recently bought the NS-L19Q-10A 18.5 inch TV from BestBuy in the Philadelphia, PA area. The first TV was DOA, so I got an exchange. Now the second works but there's a small problem.


After scanning the channels, there was one crucial channel missing that is a must-need channel, and that channel is 6-ABC. I'm pretty puzzled at this because all the other channels are there in perfect picture, such as 3-CBS and 10-NBC. Definitely, there's nothing wrong with the picture. So I have no idea what's going wrong.

I have a similar issue with the local NBC affiliate.  When I checked the station's digital signal strength (see the owner's manual, page 23), the signal was low enough that my TV would not display it.  HD broadcast signals can be highly directional.  You may need to move or reorient your antenna (if you're using one).  You can also manually select the channel from the remote by keying 6 then "-" then 1 or 2, etc.
