NS-50DF710NA19 Won’t work

We bought this TV. It was working fine until today when we turned it on. It is stuck on a white screen that says Insignia Fire tv edition. We have tried to unplug and replug it. Nothing is working. Geek squad says they can’t help and I can’t find an insignia number for support.

Hello,

Try to leave it unplugged  try for an extended period to complete a power cycle.

Alternatively perform a manual factory reset by unplugging it, hold the power/input button on the side, plug it in but keep holding the power button until a reset screen comes up if it was successful

I hope this helps to get it up and running before the big game otherwise if under warranty schedule a in home service.
