Re: Insignia turns black

I think we're having the same issue. I just posted about my TV also. The picture flickers. When I turned it on this morning, there was no picture but perfect sound. I unplugged the TV and plugged it back in, and it started the flickering again.

I hope we get some answers. I've had this TV for a little over a year. And I just moved! I'm not looking forward to buying a new one. If I do though, no insignia. It's a shame because my old TV was insignia and I had no problems!

Crossing fingers for us both...

Broennle and muhlbaierc1,

Welcome to our community.

Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps we typically recommend without success, it is likely your TVs will require repairs.

If your TV is 42" or less, you can pursue service by carrying your TV in to your local Geek Squad. You can schedule a reservation by visiting We're Here to Help and selecting "Make a Reservation" under "Getting Help is Easy." If your TV is larger than 42" please call Geek Squad at 800-433-5778 to schedule a technician to visit your home.

I regret I do not have better news for you, but I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.
