I have a 32" insignia NS- 32D310NA17, only months old, no warranty, not powering on, I have unplugged it, tried different outlets, when I plug it in the red light turns on solid, then when I push the power button to turn on it blinks then NOTHING!!!! I lost ,remote so I'm stuck, I am now without a tv completely!!!! Can't afford a new one right now so I'm watching nothing. These TV's are cheap and idk what to do.

If your TV was purchased within a year, its covered under the manufacturer warranty. If that's the case and based on the size of your TV (less than 42") you need to Schedule a Geek Squad Service at your local Best Buy store or call Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5778. Have a good day!

Although it doesn't sound like your product is covered by a Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan, our Agents should still be able to take a peek at possible options if you're able to schedule a service appointment at your local Best Buy and bring the TV in for inspection.
