After the insignia tv system update performed yesterday, I am unable to connect to the internet. My wi-fi networks are recognized and I can connect to them but am unable to connect to the internet. My connections work on all other TVs and devices in my home with no problem. The model # is NS-24DF310NA19. My guess is that the problem is related to the upgrade. Is there any way to undo the upgrade. I have unplugged the tv, restarted it, restored it to factory settings, restarted my modem, and tried multiple wi-fi networks.

Noticing that your TV isn’t connecting to the internet after performing some updates can certainly be an issue. Thank you for posting your experience with your 24-inch Insignia television to us. We’d be happy to see what light we can shed on this for you.
Can you please share how you’ve restored to the factory settings? It appears that this model may not have a pinhole reset or button option on the back of it. You reset your TV using the following prompts, correct?
Press Home, then select Settings. Select Device & Software, then select Reset to Factory Defaults.
Have you tried to reset it by holding down the power button during the power cycle process and continuing to hold it down while plugging it back in? This can also prompt a Factory Reset to occur as well. Alternatively, you could connect an Ethernet cord to determine an issue with the unit’s wireless network card. If you’re continuing to have issues, we’d recommend scheduling an appointment at your local Best Buy with their Geek Squad team to get the TV checked out under warranty.
