I've had this 32" Insignia Roku TV for a little more than a year and just recently it has started having the persistent problem of turning off and then directly back on every 10 minutes or so. I almost exclusively use this tv for video game systems, so I know it isn't crashing because of any applications. I've tried unplugging it for extended amounts of time and coming back to it, but the problem persists. Is this a hardware issue? The tv is completely up to date as of the last update on March 20th and the issue occurs regardless of if I just turned the tv of for the first time in a week or if I've had it on all day. It's a Roku TV 5405X and the model is NS-32DR310NA17. Thank you.

Hello there, SG4,
Welcome to our Best Buy Forum community!
While I wish you came to us under better circumstances, I'm glad you found us for support with your Roku television. I can imagine how inconvenient it would be to your TV randomly turn off every ten minutes while you're trying to game.
Great thinking on unplugging the TV for awhile, so it's disappointing to hear that didn't work. Have you checked out our Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide to see if any of those tips correct the issue?
If using different connections and going back to factory settings does not correct the issue, please let us know.
