I recently purchased the Insignia™ - 32” Class – LED - 720p – Smart - HDTV – Fire TV Edition.

I tried to set up the tv yesterday, 5/8 and found out that the select button is not working at all. I tried all possible things like removing the battery, pressing all buttons but still doesn't work. Can you please help me asap to resolve this?

I'm sure seeing an issue of this nature must have come as a surprise, especially for a new TV. While manufacturing defects don't happen often they can still pop up from time to time. Nonetheless, in seeing that you purchased the TV on May 27, 2019 I think it may be best to skip trying to troubleshoot this any further and simply bringing it back to the store for an exchange. You are still within the 15 day Return & Exchange period and there shouldn't be any issues doing so. However, please note that the last day is tomorrow so I would ensure to get this done today if possible.
