Have you attempted to power cycle your TV? Were you able to reset it? Is this the same TV that you had posted about last Thursday? We look forward to hearing about what steps you’ve already taken.

I’d be happy to clarify the advice that Andrew_UN shared with you. Geek Squad may be able to assist you further, however, since you’re outside of your manufacturer’s warranty you may be responsible for the costs associated with that repair. Additionally, Geek Squad may choose to not to assist you further after discussing the symptoms of the issue at hand. Most times repairs on TVs that occur out of pocket may not be cost effective and may overall be cheaper to purchase a new TV.
