Inputs not working!

I purchased my 37 inch insignia lcd in may of 2008 and conveniently 1 month after my 1 year warranty expires, my inputs are no longer working. The only inputs that are working are my hdmi inputs but who knows how long those are going to work. I can not afford 150.00 for geek squad to come and "look" at my tv and who knows how much it will cost to repair. I feel like 700 of my dollars have been flushed down the drain. I also see this to be a common problem with these tvs, what steps are insignia and best buy taking to compensate their consumers. right now I have a pretty bad impression of both best buy and insignia. Something needs to be done!

I'll be happy to look into this concern if you'll please reply with the TV model number!  However, if the inputs are not functioning, service will likely be required.


Insignia™ warrants the product for one year and, after the expiration of the warranty, service remains available, but at your expense.  This is true across the industry.  I would recommend contacting Best Buy for further assistance on this service concern.  I hope this helps.
