Subject pretty much states the issue. It is attached to coax. I choose that input and scan. I have scanned just digital, just analog and both. 0 from all scans.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! It's important to us that you get the most out of your TV, so we appreciate you letting us know that you're having difficulty getting the cable synced.
If you haven't yet, I highly recommend checking out our Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide, as it's full of great tips for fixing TV concerns. Checking connections, power cycling, and resetting the TV are always great ideas, but if those don't do the trick, I recommend working with your cable provider in case the box needs to by synced in a different way.
