I have the same problem with my toshiba fire tv edition. I have only had it for less than two weeks.
When ever I turn it on, all I can see are white, red, green, and blue colors. I don't know how to fix this.
I would really appreciate your assistance.

Thanks for confirming your model number for me! At this time, since you’re within your return window, I’d suggest returning the TV or exchanging it.
Did you purchase the TV with Best Buy or Amazon? Moving forward, given the size of your TV it would be best to visit your local Best Buy for further assistance with it. Please note if you had purchased it with Amazon directly you’ll need to initiate the return via your Amazon.com purchasing profile prior to heading to your local Best Buy to complete a return.
