Our tv has had issues with the sound not working. While watching the tv the voices stop being audible, you can only hear the background sounds on all forums, cable, netflix and amazon. We unplugged the bose and it still did the same thing, only way to fix it was to unplug the tv and then plug it back in after 5 minutes. Of course when geek squad comes the problem isn't occurring BUT I have videos to show them. Geek squad has been out here twice, 1st time the "mother board " 2nd time the came out the they changed the mother board and the main board. TV is still having the same issue. The past 2 weeks they have sent TWO different local tv repair companies (not geek squad). Both have come to the same conclusion, tv is not repairable and they were going to tell the "insurance" that exact thing. After speaking with geek squad today, they are saying they need another opinion. After they already got a second and third one from the local tv companies. We have videos and have shown them. Now we are just getting the run around! We have made a lot of purchases from Best Buy and this is leaving us with a bad view of their service!
