I appreciate you taking the time to join us and write us regarding your Unlocked iPhone purchase. I would be reaching out to someone too, if this were to happen to me. Best Buy sells products and services with the intent that they will be used within the US. I apologize for the confusion, since an unlocked phone does not mean it's a Universal phone. Best Buy does not block any phone, since we receive products with factory seal. The manufacturer imposes this block when it is manufactured. I recommend that you contact the manufacturer for more information, by calling 0800-761-0880 or here. You may also check out our site for more information on Universal unlocked phones here. I understand, however; we do not block phones, Barbarapachecog. As I mentioned before, our items are intended for personal use in the US. If you have purchased a Geek Squad Protection Plan for your iPhone, you can get information regarding our International Coverage including where to call, as this may help you in your situation. Also, while we can’t provide shipping, if you have a friend or family member in the U.S., you can ship the iPhone to them along with your purchase receipt, and have them bring it into a local Best Buy store to check on what options you may have.
