Thank you for your question! If you have not already done so, you can purchase the headphones on BestBuy.com or in a Best Buy store close to you. From there, you can contact UPS with your tracking number provided by Best Buy and set your delivery preferences.

I have to correct Sam here on one thing. When you order a product on BestBuy.com, along with the value of the item, the method of shipping you choose generally determines whether or not an item will need to be signed for.
Typically, most items will not have to be signed for unless you specifically choose that at the time you place your order. Due to our shipping agreements with UPS, they will not allow any modifications to the order once it’s shipping, unless you have their UPS My Choice service.
