log in error

I can't log in Also, I can't reset password.

I already clear cookies and caches. But still I can't log in the site.

And I have tried creat new account but there is a message that 'something wrong.'

Even I tried to use other computer.

How can I do?

Are you still having trouble logging in or resetting your password?  The not being able to reset your password usually points to one of two things.  First, there is not an active account tied to the email address being used.  Second, rewards account is linked to more than one account.  I would suggest we make sure your information on file is up-to-date and that your rewards account is only linked to one account.  Please send me a private message, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, with the information listed below and I will see what I can do to help.
