Verification Code hasn't been received

I'm trying to place an order and am getting the Sign In - Verification request, but neither the email or phone options are working. I placed an order just yesterday without incident, and have not changed anything with my account info. Help?

So that I know exactly what the issue here is, are you being asked to verify your email address when logging into your My Best Buy account?
