It just received a string of emails alerting me of my Best Buy rewards points being redeemed without my authorization! I have already contacted the Elite Plus concierge for assistance, but was told that it would take three to five business days. Is there a way to expedite this!? This is very concerning given that I am down 23000 points in rewards! Someone please advise.

While it sounds like they are looking into things, I would encourage you to ensure your passwords are changed, if you haven't already. This should include your BestBuy.com password as well as your associated email address.
