Hello, I've been a Best Best customer for many years and had made many purchases tied to my account. For the last couple of days I have been unable to access my online account. Every time it asks me for a verification, but when I enter my email or my phone number I don't receive any code that I can use to verify.
I've checked my spam folder and there is nothing being send to me, same goes for the text message part. I would like to solve this problem as soon as possible, especially since I also have a store credit card linked to my account that I need to be reguarly be able to make payments on.
