September Birthday Offer Not Working

Hello,

I clicked thru to the MySeptemberBirthdayOffer link and it does not work for me. I also went to that url manually and get an error message. Please advise.

10% Birthday Offer not working

Hi 

   Like everyone else it seems... I got the wonderful little september birthday card in the mail. Thanks for that BTW!!! Unfortunatley.. no matter what I try, it doesnt work. It also doesnt seem to be on my member offer page either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My birthday offer not working

So I received my 10% birthday coupon in the mail for my September birthday. I wanted to use that today when I ordered some much needed ink for work and classes. I received the following message: 

We’re Sorry

There's a problem and this offer can't be viewed right now. Please try again later.

 

 

I tried multiple ways and it did not work.

 

I was so appreciative to receive the card, but then to not be able to utilize it when I needed it was a bit sad as I had to order the ink today. 

 

It would have been nicer to just have the coupon mailed with the code on it to input the code.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

 

With the shear excitement of your birthday, a bonus coupon could almost feel like the cherry on top of the ice cream sundae.  The birthday coupon is sent to a random selection of members who have a birthday attached to their rewards account.  There isn't any guarantee that a member will receive one every year, as it is completely random.  I have been a member for 10+ years and received a bonus coupon on my birthday for the first time this past May.  Sadly, I forgot to use it though.

 

If you have not done so already, then please take a moment to read over the birthday coupon FAQ.  I have provided a link to it below.  The coupon will need to first be activated whether it has been received in the mail or via email.  Once the coupon has been activated, all you would need to do is add an eligible item to your online shopping cart.  The coupon should be displayed on the final checkout page prior to submitting your order if the item is eligible.  You would NOT need to manually enter a coupon code.

 

Each of your birthday coupons should be valid until the end of the month.  With that all having been said, if you are still having trouble activating or redeeming the 10% off birthday coupon after reading over the FAQ, then do not hesitate to send us a private message with your information (name, phone #, email address) as mentioned within the FAQ, and we will see what we can do to help.
