I understand that you have some concerns regarding a My Best Buy credit card promotion. I know I have a credit card too and look forward to those promotions when they randomly pop up in my email inbox! From my understanding, once the promotional period is over, Citi, the card's issuer, will let us know that you've fulfilled the requirement for the promotion and these points get added to your My Best Buy account shortly after.
This process does take some time, so it's possible that the points may not have been added yet for the specific promotion that you are referring to.
