I was trying to followup with Citi retail credit about my $30 rewards against purchases I made during promo period, but never got a clear answer for months.
Apparently they messaged me few months ago, that I never got any email alert, but was in the citi retail account messaging center, that I rarely go to. It said I need to contact BestBuy rewards customer service.
Today I checked with Best Buy rewards customer service and they say that the $30 was issued as a certificate and it has already expired. They are unable to reinstate it,
Can you help get my $30 rewards reinstated.
