Rewards Not Received Customer Service PIN already Submitted

I've spoken to customer service on the phone and they said it would appear in a few days and it is still not there.

I returned an item and they did a points adjustment.

I made a new purchase.

Points and certificates were issued.

A few days later, the points for the new purchase were voided even though the expiration said November.
