Hello dear BestBuy,
I've always had a pleasant experience doing business with you, so I would like to say thank you for your great service before I dive into this issue. As I happen to be browsing my account while I dealt with a miscallaneous matter, I noticed that my reward point balance was drastically lower than I last remember (Considering it was thousands of dollars worth in points).
I recall setting my certificate auto distribute to a high threshold to avoid this very issue I am here posting about now, because I know at times I occassionally will get the chance to shop and use these things.. but as it appears my account still seems to have been auto issuing certificates at it's own discretion and having them go to waste. If it is possible to refund these unused/expired certificates or someone that is capable of resolving this issue for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

One of the greatest benefits of shopping with us is the points you can earn as you shop. If you pile those up they can definitely lead to a lot of savings.
