My reward certificate got expired 1-day back since I got the original expiration date wrong. I have been a loyal customer for quite many years, and earned Best Buy Elite Plus member. Can Best Buy do a one-time couresy to re-instate my expired rewards?

Thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Finding a My Best Buy reward certificate expired by a day would be most frustrating. I know I do my best to keep track of reward certificates and their expiration dates, but with such busy lives, it's easy for one to slip by.
Our My Best Buy Terms advise that certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once they have expired, we’re generally unable to reissue them. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well.
