I am having a similar problem. For some reason, there is someone named Dean on my rewards and somehow has the same phone number. I don't know anyone named Dean and no one should have that phone number but me.

 

Every time I check out I'm asked if I'm this Dean. My info does still show up in the system but it's just that there is this Dean attached that I don't know anything about and I don't know how this person is under my phone number. That shouldn't be the case.
