I have been trying to log in for 3 days, have cleaned cookies, cache, tried Mobil site and regular website. Keeps telling me that there is no account tied to the email. I’ve been a Best Buy rewards member for over 10years. Getting upset because I can not find a number to co tact them. I want to get an IPad, but don’t want to if I can’t link my rewards account to the purchase.

The ability for a member to login to their reward account is an important aspect of the My Best Buy™ program.  I probably login to my own rewards account every few days just to make sure all points and purchases are accounted for.  Has it been a fairly significant amount of time since you last logged into your rewards account?  While you may have been a member for over 10 years, accounts will tend to get retired or closed if they go inactive for an extended period of time.


So, it might be that you do not currently have a account; however, that just means we would need to create a new account for you making sure your rewards account is properly linked to it.  Let's take a closer look though to make sure.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, and I will see what I can do to help get you logged in.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button found in my signature.
