I can see that you have sent a private message, which I will reply to shortly.  We really just need to make sure your rewards account with the birthday coupon is properly linked to your account.  Otherwise, you will get an error message when trying to "Activate" the coupon.  You can read a private message by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the yellow envelope icon at the top of the page.
