Purchase history suddenly gone, today's purchase not showing up.



Today I was researching and deciding on a video card.  My first visit to the store, I just got a drink from the cooler and the cashier noticed that I had the old Best Buy rewards card.  She offered to upgrade it to a newer/better kind, and I accepted.  


Later on, I went online and ordered the EVGA RTX 2070. 


As I waited for my order to be ready, I got an email that my account had changed, and it was showing the change to my credit card - the newer store version but the number was the same.  When i logged back into the website to check the status of my order, I could not find it, and all of my purchase history, reward points, and geek squad coverage ( I had some peripherals covered) were gone.  When I went to pick up the video card, there was no issue and i was told that looking up my warranties by phone was always an option.  

How can I get all my information back on the website?

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!


Sounds like you may have ended up with two rewards accounts, which would require a merge.  That is an easy peasy process though.  I cannot even begin to count how many rewards accounts I have merged over the years, and have even had a couple of my own rewards accounts merged.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can do to help.
