Points and purchases missing

Checked last week and points were there in point blank. Checked again Saturday morning and points are gone, purchases are gone and elite plus is gone. Is the system down or something? I had almost $200 worth of points in my account.

I can imagine the questions that may have ran through your mind after logging in to find your rewards account looking a little different.  I would have similar questions if my Elite Plus status and banked points seemingly disappeared.  Our systems appear to be up and running just fine.  Are you seeing a different rewards ID number when you login?  I am wondering if you somehow ended up creating a new rewards account leaving yourself with two active rewards account, which would need to be merged.


That would be an easy fix if that turns out to be the case.  I should be able to say for sure once I have had the chance to review your rewards account.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will take a closer look.
