Not receiving verification code

I have just created a new account and I need to verify the account but the verification code is not being sent no matter how many time I resend. Please help

Are you still having trouble logging in?  It is surprising to hear you might be having trouble since the account was recently created, which leaves me to think an existing account might be the cause.  We are going to want to make sure the information tied to your rewards and BestBuy.com accounts not only match but is up-to-date.  And then make sure those two accounts are properly linked and only to each other.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can do to help.
