Not receiving points


I purchased a Bose 700 sound bar and 700 woofer to go with it on the website around June 1, 2019. I just tonight noticed I don’t believe I received any rewards points for those, that purchase alone should almost made me an elite member but my account shows I have only spend $677 for the year. I tried to using the missing rewards link but it does not recall my information. What can I do? I feel I am owed those points. It was a costly purchase.

Each point counts when trying to earn that next certificate, and each dollar counts when trying to reach a program higher status. I have tried year after year to qualify for Elite status but always seem to fall short.  Is your order not displayed in your rewards history at all?  You may need to adjust the search time frame.  If your accounts ( and rewards) are properly linked and you were logged in while placing the order, then it should already be attached to your rewards account.

I can generally take up to 20 days for points from an eligible purchase to officially post to a member's rewards account.  The same time frame would apply to an eligible purchase reflecting within a member's spend total, and a member's status being upgraded to Elite or Elite Plus status after spending the required amounts (Elite - $1,500 & Elite Plus - $3,500).  Please keep in mind that sales tax and any portion of a purchase that is paid for with a gift card or certificate would qualify for points or count towards reaching a high program status.


Please take another look at your rewards account just to make sure the order isn't already reflected, and if for some reason it still doesn't look like points were awarded, then feel free to send me a private message and I will take a closer look.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button found in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."  I would just ask that you include the information listed below.
