I'm not receiving the codes for mobile and email to reset my password. I have read other topics and tried the suggestions but it is still not working. Checking my email, the last time I received an email as a "My Best Buy Member" was back in 2016 so I am assuming that maybe my account has been deactivated because of no activity and I would like it to be reactivated again or something.

I can understand wanting to log in and check in on your account. When you are trying to request the verification code, are you receiving any errors?
