No Reward Certificate for Flash Sale & Points not Refunded for Returned Item Using Cert

Hello, I purchased a Nintendo Switch game titled Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age during the flash sale in June and did not receive the advertised 10$ Reward Ceritifcate. I also made a return and the return receipt says that $6.50 worth of reward points will be credited to my account yet they have not posted and it has been over three weeks. Thank you for your time.

In regards to your copy of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, please know this was not included as part of our flash-sale last month, which is why there’s not been a bonus certificate added to your My Best Buy™ account.  I apologize if there was any confusion surrounding this promotion, but if you have any other questions, please let me know.


In regards to the points being issued to your account after your return, this process can typically take up to three days, so I’m sorry to hear you’ve still not received your points after more than three weeks.  I’ll be happy to look into this return further for you, however, I’ll ask that you send me the following information in a private message first:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
