Hello, I purchased a Nintendo Switch game titled Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age during the flash sale in June and did not receive the advertised 10$ Reward Ceritifcate. I also made a return and the return receipt says that $6.50 worth of reward points will be credited to my account yet they have not posted and it has been over three weeks. Thank you for your time.
