Hello - I made a purchase with my best buy card and understood I would receive my reward certificate via email. I have been checking my email periodically, specifically for the rewards certificate ($70). The store stated the certificate would not be issued until the purchase was paid in full on the first statement (not making payments); I did just that but never received my reward certificate. I have received certificates via email before, so I looked at the best buy website to see if I could contact a "support" line to try and resolve this and found myself here. I had to create/activate my online account today and log in to view my credit card purchases and I was also able to see my rewards history. In viewing my account, I see that I was issued a reward certificate on 2/25/19 - but I am not sure as to how it was delivered? I never received the certificate. My husband and I shop at best buy frequently and tend to buy our appliances and other "bigger" purchases there. Can my reward certificate be restored; I would like to receive it! Thank you,

It sounds like there may have been some confusion surrounding when you can expect to receive your reward certificates after your purchase, and I’m sorry to hear that’s the case. With that said, you’re definitely in the right place for help, and I’ll be happy to see what we can do to prevent a similar experience from happening in the future.
For starters, most items purchased from a Best Buy store or BestBuy.com will show up in your purchase history after a few business days, and will often indicate how many points you’ll receive for your purchase. These points will generally remain as “pending” for about 15 days from the purchase or shipping date, before they’re posted to your account. Depending on your My Best Buy™ account’s certificate redemption settings, these points could trigger a reward certificate to be issued once they’ve posted to your account. You’ll typically be notified via email once a certificate is issued.
Once expired, we’ll generally be unable to reissue your reward certificates to your account, however, I would like to look into your account further to make sure we’re exploring all options available. If you could send me a private message with the following information:
