I made two purchases on January 28, 2019 totalling $11,653.63 pre-tax and still have not received Reward Zone points for either of them.
The project manager assured me several times that I would receive the points. To date, I have received NO POINTS FROM THESE TWO PURCHASES.
I've been in contact with the store manager for a related matter, and texted him on 4/26, 4/28, 5/12, 6/25 and again today 7/25 specifically about my missing points. STLL NO POINTS FROM THESE TWO PURCHASES.
This is highly unethical for a giant corporation like Best Buy.
