I made first purchase in September 2018, got around $130 reward certificate. Then I returned the item purchased with the reward, I was told I would get my point back around 5 to 7 business days. After 2 weeks, I did not get anything. I called customer services and they said the reward would be back to me in 2 more weeks... waiting for another 3 weeks, I still did not get anything... called customer services again... the lady told me there was something wrong when the person submitted my request, and she adviced me to wait for another 2 weeks with the confirmation number... I had waited for another 1 month... nothing happened... called again... got confirmation number again... and did not get anything... Until now, it has been amost a year, I am wondering if I could my point back. I'd like to ask Is there any chance I could get it back or I lost the points already? Feel like I was fooled by best buy customer service and dont want to purchase anything from here. Please help me with that!!! Thank you!

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your certificates. We always hope that purchases work out, but sometimes that just isn't the case. When a My Best Buy reward certificate is redeemed and the item returned, you should receive the certificate back in just a few days. It is upsetting to hear that this has taken so long to sort out, and that you're still searching for a resolution. This isn't the experience we want for our customers, and I would be delighted to look further into this with you.
