Name on account

I just downloaded the app & noticed that it keeps referring to me as Mark. Mark was my husband but he passed away. I would like to change the account name to my name. I also seem to be missing some previous purchase information

First of all, you have my sincerest condolences for your loss. I would like to welcome you to the forum, and thank you for connecting with us regarding the name reflected on the account you are using. Generally speaking, there are only a few name changes we are able to make on an account, such as a legal name change, or a misspelling, as our My Best Buy Terms advise memberships are intended for individual use and are typically not transferable.

This issue has not been resolved yet. I faxed a death certificate last week & my app account still addresses me as Mark & I am missing a recent purchase. I would appreciate this being taken care of soon as I wish to purchase a laptop & I want to make sure I can use rewards.

Have you heard anything more on my issue?
I really thought it would be resolved by now.
Do you think I should try calling someone?
