Have you tried a second time to submit that missing purchase? If an error occurred, simply resubmitting may be the best solution. It sounds like you already know how to, but in case you need a refresher please check out this thread.
If you still get that error on your second try, please let me know, and I'll see what else we can try.

In that case, please send me a private message by using the link in my signature. I'll need your name, email address, phone number, and My best Buy member number, along with the order number or customer service PIN from your purchase receipt.
