I used my 10% birthday Member Offer on an item that I had to purchase online (was not avaiable in stores), and I also used a reward zone certificate. Received the product, and it was defective. I called my BBY Elite Plus number and the agent told me that all coupons and rewards would be returned within 24 hours.
I returned the item to the store, the CS rep. told me 14 days... By the time I got home, I had the email that my reward cert was returned, but I am still not seeing the Member offer. My concern is, that 14 days is going to put me right up against the expiration date. I want to know if either of them were giving them the correct information that this coupon will actually come back for me to use again, or if it's gone forever.

At this point, it’s my understanding that if a customer returns their purchase (not an exchange), then an attached customer account based offer should not typically be reissued to their account.
