My mother purchased a tv & gave HER name & phone#, but MY email when she checked out. I tried to register her own account for her, but (of course) my email is already used. I don't mind if her purchases show up on my account, as I'll be doing all contacting stuff for her anyway. But her purchase doesn't currently show up on my account. We're interested in protecting her service plan.
What do you suggest?
