Missing reward points

Hi, I used a reward certificate on an order that was cancelled becasue I tried ordering when I was overseas. However, it seems like my cerftifcate points were never refunded to me

While this isn't all that common of a thing, it can happen from time to time. Sometimes the system just doesn't play nice and doesn't process things as it should. Nonetheless, I'd love to see how I can help. I appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay. I went ahead and credited the points equivalent to the $25 certificate to your account. However, please note that it requires a final approval, which can take 24 to 48 hours to complete. Once that is approved, the points will automatically credit as promised. Feel free to reach out should this period pass and the points not show. Let me know any further questions you may have.
