Missing points

Anyone know a reason why I've received 0 points for reviewing purchased items? I reviewed 3 movies total. Got 25 points for 1 movie & 0 points for 2 movies.

An easy way for our members to earn a few extra points is by submitting product reviews on BestBuy.com.  I have personally utilized that option on several occasions when I only needed a couple points to earn my next certificate.  As you are aware, a product review that is approved and published on BestBuy.com can qualify for 25 bonus points.  It can generally take up to 20 days after a product review is published for the bonus points to post.

 

Here is the usual answer to the question why bonus points are not posting for product reviews.  There is a 200 bonus point maximum per member per calendar year (8 reviews).  If you have already been awarded 200 bonus points for product reviews during 2019, then you wouldn't be eligible for additional bonus points until the start of 2020.  Please take another look through your rewards history on BestBuy.com just to make sure.

 

If you haven't been awarded the 200 bonus points maximum, then let's take a closer look at your rewards account to see what can be done.  I would just ask that you please send me a private message with the information listed below by clicking on the blue button found in my signature.

Oh ok I didn't know about the 200 max. I've checked my rewards history & found that I've already done 8 reviews. Thank you for clearing that up
