Hello I tried reporting my missing points in the app but it’s giving me an error saying it doesn’t match the records. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you

Do you know if you have more than one My Best Buy™ membership? It could be that you made your purchase on a secondary account, and that your primary account isn't recognizing the purchase. Also, how long ago did you make your purchase? Sometimes it can take a few business days for a purchase to show up as "pending" in your account, and it can take up to 20 days for any bonus points from a promotion to show up as well.

Figured it all out it was posted way back when I initially placed my preoreder which was 6/14/2018 and I had not realized the points showed up on the date of the preorder. Thank you all for your help and sorry for the waste of time! I will look further back on future orders if I don't see the rewards right away.
