Missing Purchase history

I Cannot see my Purchase history all my past order are missing from my account.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

It sounds to me that you may have more than one rewards account, and that the rewards account you don't use all that often is currently linked to your BestBuy.com account.  That is an easy fix though.  Just need to look into merging the rewards accounts and then linking the primary to your BestBuy.com account.  I have processed so many merge requests over the years that I could do them in my sleep. Smiley Happy

 

Before I can do anything though, I will need to gather some additional information from you.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, and I will take a closer look at your rewards account to see what can be done.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
