You have given me another opportunity to prove that your customer service is the worst.
Last week I have observed that I have 2 member ids in your system. One got created when I made online purchase and one created in-store about few months back.
I reached your effective customer care on chat last week and reported that I have two member ids. As usual you customer care representative checked and said that this will be resolved in 48 hours (I guess), and all my rewards points will be consolidated into one member id.
Its been a week, nothing happened ! . Also, I believe nothing going to happen.
I fed up with you best buy !!!!!!!!

I shop at store 380.
My store member id is {removed per forum guidelines}. I recently made two purchases on 08/26/2017, one for $1488.34 and $143.31, and these two purchases show as by member id {removed per forum guidelines}.
I would love for these to be linked to my account, however, when I log in on line I am member {removed per forum guidelines}.
This makes it hard.
How do I get one account and that account be the one that has my reciepts, past and present?

Since my receipts tie to {removed per forum guidelines}, it would be nice if I kept that member id.

Having multiple member IDs under your information can be a hassle, especially if you usually find yourself using one in stores and one online, as your purchases become spread among them.
